- On Tuesday afternoon (Jan 17th) around 3:30pm, the Little Elm Police Department received a phone call describing a man pacing in his backyard with a rifle. Little Elm Detective Jerry Walker responded to the call along with the department's SWAT team.
Patrol officers were sent and upon arrival, the man was indeed armed and then retreated inside his home when officers told him to drop the weapon. As one of the first SWAT officers on scene, Walker set up at an observation point and relayed information to the commanding officer.
